He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the NBFC and for building the necessary scale to make Grow Money capital, a leader and a role model in the sectors in which it operates. In this role, he develops and implements robust business plans with a focus on building a strong team with a culture of high performance, transparency, and accountability.

Manoj Kumar Bansal is a part of several industry forums, including Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, was lending his expertise as a member of Regional Council- Northern India Banking and Financial Institutions Committee. He has over 22 years of experience in Finance & Consultancy. He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

Neeru Bansal

Neeru Bansal is the Director of Eclear Leasing & Finance Private Limited. She is responsible for overall strategy, business-enabling operations, organizational development and innovation for market development, as well as managing relationships with industry.

She holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Pure Mathematics from Delhi University. She is passionate about causes for children and about developing women leaders. She has phenomenal experience in the financial industry and has worked for big institutions also. She is truly a GEM in Women Leadership.

Mr Devi Dass Agarwal qualified CAIIB in 1990 from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), Mumbai. Mr Dass Superannuated as Principal/ AGM of Central Bank Officers’ Training college Kolkata catering to the entire West Bengal, North-East, Bihar, Orrisa Jharkhand & Eastern Uttar Pradesh

• Conducted soft skill training programs for Senior Management
• Also developed Revenue Model for the training college
• Headed the internal audit department of entire Madhya Pradesh with a branch network comprising of more than 475 branches
• Conducted Corporate governance Audit of 9 regional offices and one RRB across India

Gurmeet Singh Grewal

He specializes in advising on Company Law and Tax matters, conducting Financial Reviews, handling appeals before tax authorities and the Company Law Board. He has extensive experience converting single entry accounts to double entry. Additionally, he serve as the Secretary of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) Bar Association, New Delhi, and have held various roles within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including membership in the Financial Reporting and Review Board (FRRB) and participation in committees such as the Company Law Study Group on Schedule VI. Life Member of ITAT Bar Association, he was also part of the Executive Committee from 2002-03 to 2004-05.
